With over 15 years of experience, Diana has a lot of recipes in her cookbook! We LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE getting old family recipes! Is there a cake or cookies that your grandmother/aunt/mom/godmother/aunt (anybody) made that you miss, and just don't feel like making? BRING IT IN! We love having the ability to bake ANYTHING we want, unlike the big box stores!

Filling

Sometimes it's the filling that makes the cake! Our fillings include Vanilla, Chocolate Pudding, Fresh Strawberry**, Strawberries N Creme*, Raspberry Jam, Chocolate Ganache, Vanilla Mousse, Chocolate Mousse, Cookies N Cream, Peanut Butter Mousse, Raspberry Mousse, Vanilla Pudding, Chocolate Pudding, Lemon Curd, Coconut Cream, Cherry Pie Filling, Apple Pie Filling.

Icings

We make several varieties of Buttercream, from the pure white buttercream to an off-white or ivory buttercream that has real butter in it. Buttercream With Butter, Buttercream With OUT Butter, Chocolate Buttercream, Vanilla Whip Cream, Chocolate Whip Cream, Almond Buttercream, Cookies N Cream, Caramel Buttercream, White Chocolate cream cheese, Cinnamon Cream Chees, Cinnamon Whip Cream, Coconut Icing, Raspberry Icing, Peanut Butter Icing, Mint Buttercream.

Additional flavors are available as well and if you have a favorite, just ask!

Cookies

We offer a large variety of cookie options. Many themes are available, from princess to pirate and animals to weddings. Cookies are available fresh to order, from traditional favorites like soft oatmeal raisin and triple chocolate chip cookie to specialty flavors like russian tea, cutouts and tuiles. Again, if you are craving a cookie that is not listed, just ask!

Pies

Fresh Strawberry pie with fresh strawberries and whip cream is our signature pie.  Seasonally, We offer a variety of pies in our shop, from a traditional Apple pie pie (with crumbs, crust or lattice) to all your other favorites.. But not shoo-fly. I don't know why but I just can't make them like the Amish bakers do! Honesty counts, right???
